We process about 50 contracts/month through self-hosted Documenso. Works great for standard signing flows. The template system saved us hours.

Deployed on Railway in under 10 minutes. The UI is gorgeous. Missing bulk send and some advanced template features that DocuSign has, but for 90% of use cases it's perfect.

Audit trail is solid for basic compliance. For regulated industries, you'll want to add your own tamper-evident logging on top. Docs could cover compliance scenarios better.
