Self-hosted on Kubernetes. Resource usage is reasonable — about 2GB RAM for our 15-user setup. Git sync for version control of apps is a killer feature.

Great for CRUD apps but hits its limits for complex UIs. If you need pixel-perfect layouts, you'll fight the drag-and-drop. For admin panels though, nothing beats it.
